Guys, you’re looking at two different Utah events. Both are tied together and we’re going to talk about it. And it’s important because sometimes public opinion has a big effect on certain things that maybe don’t need to happen.
On the left, you’re seeing Skinw Walker Ranch. And I’ve done a video about that.
We’ve talked about some of the events that happened there and my opinions and your opinions on what they’re finding.
And I have noticed that it seems like season 7 is kind of getting past the point. I’m I guess it’s just trying to keep a good show going. Whatever.
History Channel. Now on the right, you’re looking at a of course this is AI, but Wonder Valley, and it’s the big data center that Kevin Oir is attempting to build in that area. Now, it was shut down because of public uh concern and and I watched some of the videos of the uh actual uh town meetings and things like that to where the people were definitely upset about this. One reason is we’re we’re talking about Utah. We’re looking at the desert southwest. They’re going to need massive amounts of water, massive amounts of power. And the way they plan to get the power is to use more natural gas than Utah can provide.
Now, that’s going to be a critical thing, especially uh during extreme weather conditions, extremely hot, extremely cold. And they can’t shut the data center down for very long. But where do they collide? Why am I doing this? Again, it’s about public opinion, and we’re about to get there.
Let me say again, I’ve always enjoyed the show. It’s some of the few uh television shows that I watch when I watch TV and that’s usually just when
I’m laying down and trying to get it to put me to sleep basically. And it’s a very good channel for that. But I enjoy the topic and always have. But again, this last season that’s Steven uh season 7 seems to be a little repetitious and again like I said dragging it on. Now Brandon Fugle is the owner of Skinwalker Ranch. He’s a Utah uh real estate mogul and I think he got some type of businessman of the year award again big on History Channel and it is a big show for the History Channel. It’s not just one of theirs. It’s one of their major shows and you can see why. Again, I’m you know I enjoy that type of information. Here’s what I don’t enjoy is when I dug deep into finding out what Kevin Oly is doing with this Wonder Valley um data center construction and how the people were reacting and how the little guy always gets stepped on, then it’s time to use whatever means that you have to maybe make a difference. And that’s what I’m hoping you guys will do with the um what you see in this video. But on the History Channel, Fugle is meticulously edited and framed as an eccentric but benevolent local savior.
He is the wealthy Utah native who uses his private resources to solve a great historical mystery for the public good.
All while flying around in private helicopters and speaking passionately about his love for the state. Nothing wrong with that unless you’re two-faced or what the hopes called two heart. In other words, one public view and on the other side of this, you’re about to finance the most dangerous thing that Utah has ever seen. And what has happened and when I was digging into this guys, I found out who was behind what’s called Affinity. Uh I think that’s the Yeah, Affinity is the group or the name of the group that is behind Kevin Olir pushing this. And Kevin Olirri also has a project named Wonder Valley that’s up in Canada also on hold.
But remember this month they’re going to reapply for the permits and all of that.
Um and we’re not seeing much government uh push back on those type of uh construction events. But anyway, sometimes you know one word, one sentence, one event can change history.
And that’s what I’m hoping to do with this channel. Not hurt anyone and unless they need a little waking up, but to make sure that the people know that they have a do have a weapon against that.
And that is public information.
And so what we’re seeing here is they got push back on both of the construction areas, both Canada and here of the Wonder Valley. And they never really had the money. what the process is. Get the permits, get all of that put in place. We’re going to push in, get and get the approval for the permits and help with that. But also, that will allow us once you are permitted to do this to bring the money in. And that’s where Collier’s International and Utah comes in. That is Brandon Fugle and his team. and they stand to make tens of millions of dollars if they have this long-term upside exceeding 100 million if multiple phases are realized. In other words, as they put this thing together, they’re going to make money in the front, in the middle, in the back.
Why? Because you’re going to raise money, you’re going to get it done, and then you’re going to rent it out. This is not going to be a standard data center like you would at Google or something where they’re doing it. This is going to be a big project that is a rental. It’s like rental a a rental warehouse system. In other words, they’re going to destroy all the resources, but rent out the sections of Wonder Valley to different interests.
And there’s where real estate comes in.
And that’s where real estate makes its money on commercial rental properties.
And that’s the way they’re looking at it. But it’s not fair to the people of Utah. And so for you folks in Utah, if you needed to bring something up, you know, when you look at this and Brandon Fugal is confronted with the information knowing the public knows it, there’s a couple things that will happen. Again, how will the History Channel react to negative impact or negative publicity?
How will that affect the procurement of the money? How will it affect the public image that Brandon uh has worked hard for? You know, how will it affect the ratings of Skinwalker Ranch? Things like that make a difference and it makes a impact in people’s decision. Is this the right path or is it the wrong path? And that’s what we’re dealing with, guys.
Again, we’re talking about Box Elder County. You’ve heard about it. You can look up Kevin Oly’s massive data center uh in Utah and you’ll see Wonder Valley what it’s all about. I don’t have to go into the details. I wanted to talk about this. I wanted to keep it short and so that maybe if you’re in that area or you know people in that area or you know people that have some influence in that area or somewhere else along this bargaining chip and money situation where they’re trying to gather a lot of money then you one word can have an impact. It’s like dropping a pebble.
You’ve heard that before. Into a pond.
That wave goes out. And if it’s one arsenal in the hands of the people in Utah that are trying to save their state, then all of this is worthwhile. Even the blowback I could get for doing this video. But again, I’m not going to make it long and drawn out, but I want you to think about what I’m talking about. Again, go back, get the data out of here. You’re dealing with Cyers International and Brandon Fugle. You know him. Uh, again, people that I enjoy watching, people that seem to be pretty nice guys, but you don’t do that, Brandon.
I’m older than you, probably 20 years, but you don’t do that in the and as you’re promoting the city and and the county and the state and turn around and backstab them for a few million bucks.
It’s just not right. And karma always has its way of working back to people that do that. Don’t be a two-hart, Brandon. We enjoy the show. Keep it intact. Get out of this other mess that these people are dragging you into.
