Gina Kirschenheiter Reveals What Andy Cohen Texted Her Ahead of RHOC Season 20: “Can’t Believe…” (EXCLUSIVE)

Gina Kirschenheiter is opening up about the text message Andy Cohen sent her ahead of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 premiere. The mom of three has been a cast member on RHOC since Season 13, and can’t believe how much she has grown over the years.

Gina spoke with Bravo Insider earlier this month, where she admitted that both she and Andy are amazed at how far she has come in the past seven seasons. This can be seen in Gina’s three children — Nicholas, Sienna, and Luca Kirschenheiter, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Matt Kirschenheiter, who were all under the age of six years old when she joined the cast.

“Actually, it’s funny because Andy texted me at the beginning, right before the season was airing, and he’s like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe Nicholas is gonna be 14 years old.’ I’m like, ‘I know,'” she recalled.

“It just went like that, you know? I know I only have so many more years, so I want to be really present,” she noted.

Gina has been engaged to her fiancé and longtime boyfriend, Travis Mullen, since December 2025. But she’s experienced a lot of change since joining RHOC, as she noted in Season 20, Episode 1. In the episode, Gina also shared that when she and Travis do marry, she doesn’t have plans to change her last name.

“I was married, and then I got divorced, and then I was on my own, and then I was with Travis. But the one constant was my kids,” she explained in a confessional in the episode. “I feel badly but I am a unit with my biological children. And I don’t know how to not feel that way.”

Gina Kirschenheiter teases what’s next for her family
Previously, Gina opened up about her wedding timeline in a January 2026 interview with Bravo Insider, explaining that she didn’t feel ” a sense of urgency” to get married. “I really feel like, you know, I found the right person and the right partner for me that I wanna be like my forever person,” she said. “And so, I don’t wanna rush it. Like, I want to enjoy it. I am really enjoying being in this lovey-dovey, in my engagement era.”

She added, “I wanna take a beat, and I want to enjoy it. So me and Travis basically said, like, at least for the next six months, I’m not even gonna think about what I want wedding planning, none of it.”

What to Know About RHOC Season 20
The Real Housewives of Orange County is officially back for its milestone 20th season. New episodes air Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and stream the next day on Peacock.

The cast for RHOC Season 20 includes Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow,  Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, and Carmella Garcia.

This season, RHOC fans expect Vicki’s long-awaited return to shake up the group, especially as she works to reunite the Tres Amigas amid Shannon and Tamra’s fractured friendship. Elsewhere, Heather finds herself at odds with both Emily and Shannon, and several relationships come under scrutiny — including Vicki’s romance with Michael Smith, Emily’s marriage to Shane Simpson, and Gina’s future with fiancé Travis Mullen. Add in cast trips to Las Vegas and Tokyo, appearances from RHOC OGs, and plenty of friendship drama, and Season 20 is shaping up to be one of Orange County’s most emotional and explosive yet.

On an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in August 2026, she revealed that she’s looking to invest her money in her family’s future and not in a wedding at the moment. “I want to get my kids through school, and then I feel like I can focus on that,” she added. “I have other goals financially. I’m building a business, I’m making investments, I’m saving for college. That’s my focus right now, and then once I’m through that, I’m gonna throw a rager, you know? But I just want to be able to do that.”
