Luann de Lesseps is sharing new details about her relationship with her boyfriend, Michael. The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th core cast member has been dating her boyfriend for “almost three years” now and is very pleased with how things have been going.
Luann spoke with Bravo Insider in August, where she dished on her relationship with Michael. “I have a guy I’ve been dating for quite some time now who’s European, and I’m very happy,” she explained.
She added, “He’s a great guy, and when I saw him, I was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s my next guy.’ So it kind of came along fast.”
But Luann admitted that she has no problem with “fast” as she moved fast with her first husband, Count Alexandre de Lesseps. “Like, when I met the Count and had the kids, we got married two weeks later, Alex and I, so. Yeah, it’s so nice,” she noted.
“I feel grounded. I feel like I’m in the driver’s seat,” she added. “I get to hang out and go on girls’ trips with these ladies. And he’s cool with that and not like, uncool. Yeah, I’m happy.”

Luann appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show on Sunday, Aug. 9, where Andy Cohen revealed that Luann’s boyfriend will be making an appearance during the New York stop on RHUGT: Roaring 20th. “How’s it going with your boyfriend, Michael? We see him on the New York stop of the trip,” Andy said.
Luann admitted that their relationship is going “great.” “We’ve been seeing each other for almost three years now,” she added, noting that he is “European.”

Luann de Lesseps reveals where she stands with her ex-boyfriend, Jacques Azoulay
During her appearance on the WWHL After Show, Luann admitted that she does still talk to Jacques, who made frequent appearances on The Real Housewives of New York City alongside Luann. She added that she and Jacques are both dating people from Europe, calling the coincidence “so funny.” She told Andy. “Michael’s from Munich and she’s from Zurich. So Jacques and I both have German partners.”
“I adore Jacques. And he still has his wine cellar filled with wine because he’s a wine distributor,” she continued. “He sends me wine in the Hamptons. He’s great. We’re still close.”
