Steven McBee Jr. is sharing his thoughts about his breakup with Allie Eklund. The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys cast members broke up in April 2026, and Steven is now opening up about his regrets from their relationship and split.
Steven Jr. appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday, July 20, where he admitted that he regretted, “without a doubt,” accusing her of allegedly cheating on him, which she denied. “Yeah, [there’s] obvious regret around how I handled the situation,” he admitted, as seen in the video clip above. “It should have been a private matter that I took public, and obviously I’m dealing with the fallout now and have been, but yeah, serious regret and learning lessons moving forward.”
He also admitted that he didn’t regret going to Texas to visit Allie’s parents during his dad’s final days at home in Missouri before reporting to prison. This was something that was heavily discussed on The McBee Dynasty Season 3, Episode 6, where Steven Jr. revealed that he wanted to meet Allie’s parents in hopes of spending the rest of his life with her. “Hindsight’s always 20/20, but at the time, I thought I was going to Texas to meet my future in-laws, so I thought it was a good decision,” he stated during WWHL.

Steven Jr. and Allie were talking marriage weeks into their relationship. Two weeks in, he declared that Allie was “the one,” and during The McBee Dynasty Season 3, Episode 2, he declared that he was “ready for a wedding.” During his appearance on WWHL, he admitted that he felt pressured by watching his two younger brothers, Cole McBee and Jesse McBee, who each have children and are both engaged and married, respectively.
“For me, my family is all settled down, started growing their family out, and I thought that I was with the one I was going to be with forever, so why waste time?” Steven Jr. said in the Bravo Clubhouse on July 21.

Steven Jr. confirmed on WWHL that he is currently single. “I am single right now,” he said, adding, “I’m laying low on the DM slides.”
